    What is the Glow & Flow Membership?

    This is a Mothers' Community Membership, a supportive, empowering space designed for mothers to connect, learn, and grow. It's a community where you can find encouragement, share experiences, access resources, and participate in exclusive events tailored to the unique needs of motherhood.

    Is there a cost to join?

    Yes, the membership requires a small monthly or annual fee to access all the benefits plus freebies! BUT, you are free to cancel at anytime.

    How can I connect with other moms in the community?

    We offer several ways to connect: 

    - A private online forum where you can interact with other members. and share experiences and advice. 

    -Monthly virtual meetups and themed discussions. 

    -And of course you can connect on your own outside of this group. (That is how we became friends and colleagues, by joining a group just like this!) 

    Are there any live events or workshops?

    Yes! We are virtual. We host live webinars, workshops, and Q&A sessions with parenting experts, life coaches, and other experienced moms. These events cover everything from baby care to mental wellness, so you can stay informed and empowered. If you cant make it, we will post a recording for you so you wont miss any great events!

    Really anyone, but we tailor this membership towards  mothers—whether you're expecting, a new mom, or a seasoned parent—can join. Our community is open to mothers from all walks of life who are looking for support, inspiration, and a sense of belonging.
